SARKIN MUSULMI SHI KE DA
HAKKIN SANAR DA GANIN
WATAN AZUMI KO NA SALLA, BA
WAI WANINSA BA:

Ya ku Al’ummar Musulmi! Abin da
aka sani cikin Shari’ar Musulunci
shi ne: Sarkin Musulmi shi yake da
hakkin bayyanar da ranar daukan
azumi, ko ranar ajiye azumi a
kasarsa a duk lokacin da ganin
wata ya tabbata a wurinsa ta daya
daga cikin hanyoyin tabbatar
tsayuwar wata a cikin addinin
Musulunci. Hujja a kan wannan
bayani namu kuwa shi ne:
hadithan Annabi mai tsira da
amincin Allah da suka tabbata cikin
wannan babi, kamar:-
1. Hadithin Abu Dawud na 2,342,
daga Abdullahi Dan Umar cewa:
((Mutane sun dubi jinjirin wata sai
na ba wa Manzon Allah labarin
cewa na gan shi, sai ya yi azumi,
ya kuma umurci mutane da su
azumce shi)). Intaha. Albaanii ya
inganta shi cikin Irwaa 4/16.
2. Hadithin Abu Dawud na 1,339,
da Hadithin Baihaqii cikin Sunnan
na 8,447, daga Rib’ii Dan Hirash
cewa ((Mutane sun yi ta
sassabawa a karshen Ramadan
sai wasu kauyawa biyu suka zo
suka ba da shaida a gaban Annabi
mai tsira da amincin Allah cewa:
Wallahi wata ta tsaya jiya da
yamma, sai Manzon Allah mai tsira
da amincin Allah ya umurci mutane
da su sha ruwa)). Intaha. Albaanii
ya inganta shi cikin Sahihu Sunani
Abii Dawud 2/54.
Kun gani a nan Annabi ne a
matsayinsa na shugaban Al’umma
kuma shugaban daularsu shi ne
yake ba da umurnin daukan azumi
da kuma ajiye shi. Wannan shi ya
sa ma Babban Malami Ibnu
Qayyimil Jauziyyah ya ce cikin
Zaadul Ma’ad 2/49: ((Yana daga
cikin al’adar Annabi mai tsira da
amincin Allah: umurtan mutane da
yin azumi idan Musulmi daya ya ba
da shidar ganin watan Azumi’ da
kuma umurtansu da yin sallar Idi
idan Musulmi biyu suka ba da
shaidar ganin watan Shawwal)).

MATSAYIN MALAMAN MAZHABA:
1. A mazhabar Hanafiyyah Ibnu
Aabidin ya ce cikin Haashiyatu
Raddil Muhtar 2/388:
((Ingantacciyar magana ita ce:
Harkar tabbatar jinjirin wata abu ne
da ake jingina shi zuwa ga Sarkin
Musulmi, duk lokacin da ganin
wata ya inganta a wurinsa, kuma
shaidu suka yawaita to sai ya yi
umurni da a yi azumi)). Intaha.
2. A mazhabar Malikiyyah Ibnu
Rushd ya ce cikin Al-
Muqaddimaatul Mumahhidat
1/251: ((Idan ganin jinjirin wata ya
tabbata a wurin Sarkin Musulmi da
shaidar adilai biyu to sai ya umurci
mutane da yin azumi, da kuma yin
idin azumi, kuma ya tilasta wa
mutane yin hakan)). Intaha.
3. A mazhabar Hanbaliyyah, ya zo
cikin littafin Masaa’ilu Imam Ahmad
Bi Riwayati Abdillah 2/610-611:
((Na tambayi babana game da
ganin jinjirin wata idan mutum
daya ya ba da shaidar ganinsa?
Sai ya ce: Sarkin Musulmi sai ya
umurci mutane da yin azumi)).

Majmuu’ul Fataawa 15/97: ((Amma
su daidaikun mutane Musulmi
wajibi ne a kansu su yi azumi ko su
sha ruwa a lokacin da
shugabanninsu suka ce a yi haka,
saboda Hadithin Manzon Allah mai
tsira da amincin Allah: “Azumi shi
ne ranar da kuke azumi, Idin
karamar salla ranar da kuke Idin
karamar salla, Idin Layya ranar da
kuke Idin Layya”)). Intaha.

Muna fata ‘yan’uwa Musulmi za su
daure su rika gina addininsu a kan
abin da ya tabbata cikin Shari’ar
Musulunci, ba wai a kan
ta’assubanci, da son zuciya, da
jahilci ba. Muna kuma rokon Allah
da Ya nuna mana Ramadan lafiya
Ya kuma ba mu ladan da ke
cikinsa, Ya kuma tabbatar da
dugaduganmu a kan sunnar
Annabi cikin dukkan aqiidarmu, da
dukkan ibadarmu, da fukkan
mu’amalarmu. Ameen.
