SALLAR QIYAAMULLAILI A GOMAN KARSHE NA RAMADAN(Dr Ibrahim Jalo Jalingo)


‘Yan’uwa Musulmi! Idan muka ce:
Qiyaamullaili a goman karshe na
watan Ramadan toh muna nufin
abin da ake kira: Sallar Taraawiihi
ne da kuma sallar Ta’aqiibi gaba
daya.

TAMBAYA:
Mene ne ya fi falala ta fiskar
Shari’ah? Yin qiyaamullaili cikin
masallatai a cikin jama’ah ne, ko
kuwa yin sa mutum shi kadai a
cikin dakinsa?
Farko dai, ‘Yan’uwa Musulmi! Ya
kamata a san cewa: Malaman
Musulunci sun yi ittifaki a kan cewa
ita sallar Qiyaamullaili cikin watan
Ramadan ya halatta mutane su yi
ta cikin jama’ah cikin masallatai,
kuma ya halatta kowa ya yi ta shi
kadai a cikin dakinsa. Toh amma
su Malaman sun yi sabani game
da cewa: A ina ne ya fi falalar a yi
ta? Cikin jama’ah ne ya fi falala, ko
kuwa mutum ya yi ta a dakinsa shi
kadansa? Akwai mazhabobi biyu
shararru, wadannan kuwa su ne:-
(1) Hanafiyyah, da Hambaliyyah,
da Shafi’iyyah cikin sahihin kauli a
wurinsu, duk wadannan Malaman
sun tafi a kan cewa: Sallar
Taraawiihi a cikin masallaci cikin
jama’ah shi ne ya fi falala a wurin
Allah a kan mutum ya yi sallar cikin
dakinsa shi kadansa.
(2) Malikiyyah kuwa sun tafi ne a
kan cewa: Abin da ya fi falala shi
ne kowa ya yi sallar Taraawiihinsa
da sauran nafilfilin darensa shi
kadai a cikin dakinsa.

Na farko: Hadithin Sahabi Abuu
Zarr Allah Ya kara masa yarda ya
ce :-
(( ﺻﻤﻨﺎ ﻣﻊ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻠﻢ
ﻳﺼﻞ ﺑﻨﺎ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺑﻘﻲ ﺳﺒﻊ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮ ﻓﻘﺎﻡ ﺑﻨﺎ ﺣﺘﻰ
ﺫﻫﺐ ﺛﻠﺚ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻞ ﺛﻢ ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﻢ ﺑﻨﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺩﺳﺔ ﻭﻗﺎﻡ ﺑﻨﺎ
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﻣﺴﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺫﻫﺐ ﺷﻄﺮ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻞ، ﻓﻘﻠﻨﺎ ﻟﻪ ﻳﺎ
ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻮ ﻧﻔﻠﺘﻨﺎ ﺑﻘﻴﺔ ﻟﻴﻠﺘﻨﺎ ﻫﺬﻩ؟ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺇﻧﻪ ﻣﻦ
ﻗﺎﻡ ﻣﻊ ﺍﻹﻣﺎﻡ ﺣﺘﻰ ﻳﻨﺼﺮﻑ ﻛﺘﺐ ﻟﻪ ﻗﻴﺎﻡ ﻟﻴﻠﺔ. ﺛﻢ
ﻟﻢ ﻳﺼﻞ ﺑﻨﺎ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺑﻘﻲ ﺛﻼﺙ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺸﻬﺮ ﻭﺻﻠﻰ ﺑﻨﺎ
ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺜﺔ ﺟﻤﻊ ﺃﻫﻠﻪ ﻭﻧﺴﺎﺀﻩ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻓﻘﺎﻡ ﺑﻨﺎ ﺣﺘﻰ
ﺧﺸﻴﻨﺎ ﺍﻥ ﻳﻔﻮﺗﻨﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﻼﺡ )).
Ma’ana: ((Mun yi azumi tare da
Manzon Allah mai tsira da amincin
Allah bai yi salla (na nafilan dare)
tare da mu ba sai da kwana bakwai
kadai suka rage daga watan
(Ramadhan) sai ya yi mana limanci
(cikin sallar nafilan dare) har
( tsawon) kashi daya cikin uku na
dare ya tafi, sannan bai yi mana
salla ba a dare na shidan, sai
kuma ya yi mana salla a dare na
biyar sai da rabin dare ya tafi, sai
muka ce: Ya Manzon Allah! Da ka
ci gaba da yi mana limancin
nafilarmu cikin abin da ya rage na
wannan dare namu? Sai ya ce:
lalle yadda lamarin yake duk
wanda ya yi salla tare da liman har
(shi liman) ya gama ya tafi, toh za
a rubuta masa ladan sallatar
daransa, daga nan bai sake yi
mana salla ba sai da kwana uku ya
rage daga watar, sai ya yi mana
salla a dare na ukun, ya kuma tara
iyalansa da matansa da kuma
mutane, ya yi mana limanci har
muka ji tsoron kada suhur ya
kubuce mana)). Intaha.
Wannan hadthin Albaanii da
sauran malaman hadithi sun
inganta shi. Ga kuma wadanda
suka ruwaito shi:-
Abuu Dawud: 1,377, Tirmizii: 806,
Nasaa’i: 1,364, da Ibnu
Maajah:4,327, da Ahmad: 21,447,
da Ibnu Khuzaimah: 2,206, da Al-
Bazzar: 4,042, da Abdurrazzaq:
7,706.
Na biyu: Suka ce: Yin sallar
Taraawiihi cikin masallatai cikin
jama’ah shi ne abin da Umar Dan
Khattab da sauran Shabbai suka
yi, sannan hakan ya ci gaba cikin
al’ummar Musulmi har yau s
matsayin wata alama
bayyananniya cikin Musulunci, ke
nan za a kiyasta wannan salla a
kan sallar Idi.

Imamul Bukhari ya ruwaito, da
hadithi na 781 wanda Imamu
Muslim ya ruwaito daga Sahabi
Zaidu Dan Thaabit cewa :-
(( ﺍﻥ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺍﺗﺨﺬ ﺣﺠﺮﺓ
ﻗﺎﻝ: ﺣﺴﺒﺖ ﺍﻧﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻣﻦ ﺣﺼﻴﺮ ﻓﻲ ﺭﻣﻀﺎﻥ
ﻓﺼﻠﻰ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﻟﻴﺎﻟﻲ ﻓﺼﻠﻰ ﺑﺼﻼﺗﻪ ﻧﺎﺱ ﻣﻦ
ﺍﺻﺤﺎﺑﻪ، ﻓﻠﻤﺎ ﻋﻠﻢ ﺑﻬﻢ ﺟﻌﻞ ﻳﻘﻌﺪ ﻓﺨﺮﺝ ﺍﻟﻴﻬﻢ
ﻓﻘﺎﻝ: ﻗﺪ ﻋﺮﻓﺖ ﺍﻟﺬﻱ ﺭﺍﻳﺖ ﻣﻦ ﺻﻨﻴﻌﻜﻢ، ﻓﺼﻠﻮﺍ
ﺍﻳﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻴﻮﺗﻜﻢ ﻓﺎﻥ ﺍﻓﻀﻞ ﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﺻﻼﺓ
ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺀ ﻓﻲ ﺑﻴﺘﻪ ﺍﻻ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﻮﺑﺔ )).
Ma’ana: ((Manzon Allah mai tsira
da amincin Allah ya yi wani dan
daki (mai riwaya ya ce) ina
tsammani irin na tabarmi a cikin
watan Ramadan ya yi ta yin salla a
cikinsa na wasu dararai, sannan
wasu mutane daga cikin Sahabbai
suka yi salla da sallarsa, lokacin da
ya fahimci suna bin shi salla sai ya
rika zama, sannan ya fito zuwa
gare su ya ce: Hakika na san abin
nan da na gani na halinku, Ya ku
mutane! Ku yi salla cikin gidajenku,
lalle sallar da tafi falala ita ce sallar
da mutum ya yi cikin gidansa in ba
sallar falilla ba)). Intaha. Malaman
Malikiyyah suka ce: Wannan nassi
ne a kan cewa in ba sallar farilla
ba, toh ko wace salla ma yin ta
cikin gida shi ne ya fi falala.

MAGANAR DA MU MUKA
RINJAYAR CIKIN WANNAN
MAS’ALA
‘Yan’uwa Musulmi! Wadannan
maganganu biyu da kuka ji su ne
mash’hurai daga cikin
maganganun Malaman Musulunci
cikin wannan mas’alah, toh amma
mu abin da muke ganin cewa
nassoshin Shari’ah suna karfafawa
cikin wannan mas’alar shi ne cewa:
Sallolin Qiyaamullaili, watau:
Taraawiihinsu da Ta’aqiibinsu cikin
daren goman karshe na Ramadan,
toh su wadannan sallolin lalle yin
su cikin Masallatai kuma cikin
jama’ah shi ne ya fi falala a idanun
Shari’ah, a kan daidaiku su sallace
su cikin gidajensu, dalili kuwa shi
ne: shi hadithin Abuu Zarr, a inda
aka ce a cikinsa: “Annabi mai tsira
da amincin Allah yana tattaro
iyalansa da matansa da kuma
sauran mutane sannan ya yi musu
limanci cikin sallolin har can kusan
asuba suke gamawa”. Tunda dai
Annabi mai tsira da aminci Allah
yana umurtan ‘ya’yansa mata, da
kuma matansa da sauran mutane
yana tara su a masallacinsa domin
ya yi musu limancin wadannan
salloli cikin wasu kwanakin goman
karshe na Ramadan, lalle hakan
ya tabbatar mana da cewa: yin
hakan shi ne ya fi falala a idanun
Shari’ah, saboda shi Annabi mai
tsira da amincin Allah ba ya
shagaltuwa sai da abin da ya fi
falala a idanun Shari’ah.
Babban Malami Ibnu Qudaamah
ya ce cikin littafin Al-Mugnii 7/334:
((Annabi mai tsira da amincin Allah
ba zai shagaltu ba shi da
Shabbansa sai da abin da ya fi
falala)). Intaha.
Sannan Shaikhul Islam Ibnu
Taimiyah ya ce cikin Majmuu’ul
Fataawaa26/54: ((Annabi mai tsira
da amincin Allah ba zai ciro
(Sahabbansa) daga abu mai falala
zuwa ga abin da aka fi shi falala
ba, a’a abin da ska sani shi ne:
Yana umurtan su ne da abin da
yake shi be mafi falala a gare su)).
Intaha.
Ke nan umumin da ya zo cikin
hadithin Zaidu Dan Thaabit na
cewa: ((Lalle sallar da ta fi falala ita
ce sallar da mutum ya yi cikin
gidansa in ba sallar farilla ba)).
Wannan umumin za a kebanta shi
da hadithin Abuu Zarr, watau sai a
sake yin togo a ce: “In banda sallar
Taraawiihi da sallar Ta’aqiibi cikin
goman karshe na Ramadan”.
Musamman ma idan aka san cewa
da ma can akwai wasu sallolin da
aka toge su aka fidda su daga
umumin wannan hadithi na Zaidu
Dan Thaabit, watau kamar: Sallar
Idi, da Sallar Kusuufi, da Sallar
Istisqaa’i, dukkan wadannan salloli
duk da kasancewarsu ba salloli ne
na farilla ba toh amma kuma ba a
cewa yin su cikin gidaje shi ne ya fi
falala.

Haka nan shi ma fitar mata zuwa
wadannan salloli na Qiyaamullaili
cikin goman karshe na Ramadan
shi ne ya fi falala ba wai yin
sallolinsu cikin dakunansu ba
kamar yadda wasu mutane ke
tsammani, saboda abin da ya
tabbata na cewa cikin wadannan
kwanakin Annabi mai tsira da
amincin Allah yana tattaro
‘ya’yansa mata, da kuma matansa
da sauran mutane zuwa
masallacinsa domin ya yi musa
salla. Ke nan hadithin: ((Kada ku
hana matanku zuwa masallatai, toh
amma dakunasu su suka fi alheri
gare su)). Shi ma hadithin Abuu
Zarr ya khassasa shi, watau sai a
ce: Wannan hukuncin bai shafi
sallolin dare na goman karshe na
watan Ramadan ba, saboda a
cikinsu kam abin da ya fi falal shi
ne: Matan su fita zuwa masallatai
domin su yi sallolin dare cikin
jama’ah a cikinsu, kamar yadda
Shari’ah ta umurce su da su fita
zuwa masallatan idi domin su yi
sallar idi cikin jama’ah, kuma
hakan shi ne ya fi falala da zama
alheri a gare su a kan su zauna
cikin dakunansu su yi sallar,
saboda Imamul Bukhari ya ruwaito
hadithi na 351, da Imamu Muslim
hadithi na 890 daga Ummu Atiyyah
ta ce: ((Manzon Allah mai tsira da
amincin Allah ya umurce mu da mu
fidda mata cikin idin karamar salla,
da idin babbar salla: ‘yan mata, da
masu haila, da ma’abuta khuduuri
(matan sure) toh, amma su masu
haila sai su nisanci salla, su halarci
alheri da addu’ar Musulmi. (ta ce:
sai) na ce: Ya manzon Allah! Daya
daga cikinmu ta yiwu ba ta mallaki
mayafi ba? Sai ya ce: Sai
‘yar’uwarta ta ba ta aron mayafi)).

farko na watan Ramadan, mutum
ya yi qiyaamullailinsa shi kadai a
cikin dakinsa wannan shi ne ya fi
falala, saboda umumin hadithin
Sahabi Zaidu Dan Thaabit Allah Ya
kara masa yarda tare da sauran
Sahabban Manzon Allah mai tsira
da aminicin Allah.

damar cin moriyar wadannan
darairai goman karshe na wannan
wata mai albarka, ya azurta mu mu
da iyalanmu da yin sallar
Taraawiihi da Ta’aqiibi cikin
jama’ah cikin masallatanmu.
