HUKUNCE-HUKUNCEN HAJJI DA UMRA Darasi na 13(Sheikh Abdulwahhab Abdullah)


RANAKUN MINA (WATO 11, 12 &
13)
Ibadun da mahajjaci zai yi a
kwanakin Mina sune kamar haka:
Jifan Jamrat: A rana ta daya da ta
biyu da ta uku bayan salla (wato
11-13 ga watan Dhul Hijja).
> Ana jifan jamrat guda uku a
kullun bayan zawalin Rana.
Babu wani dalili a cikin littafin Allah
ko hadisan Manzon Allah
sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ko
ayyukan magabata na kwarai da
ke nuna halaccin yin jifa da safe ko
da hantsi kafin rana ta yi zawali.
Saidai wanda yake da uzuri, ko
wadanda suke da rauni, ko masu
gudun cunkoso, za su iya yin
jifansu ne da yamma ko da
daddare, matukar dai alfijir din
washe gari bai keto ba. Dalili a kan
haka na cikin hadisin da ya tabbata
daga Abdullahi Ibn Abbas
radhiyallahu anhu ya ce:
ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻳﺴﺄﻝ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﺤﺮ
ﺑﻤﻨﻰ ﻓﻴﻘﻮﻝ ﻟﺎ ﺣﺮﺝ ﻓﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﺭﺟﻞ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﺣﻠﻘﺖ ﻗﺒﻞ
ﺃﻥ ﺃﺫﺑﺢ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺍﺫﺑﺢ ﻭﻟﺎ ﺣﺮﺝ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺭﻣﻴﺖ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻣﺎ
ﺃﻣﺴﻴﺖ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﻟﺎ ﺣﺮﺝ
Ma’ana:
Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa
sallama ya kasance ana yi masa
tambayoyi ranar idi a Mina: Wani
ya ce: na yi aski kafin in yi yanka,
sai ya ce babu komai, wani kuma
ya ce na yi jifa bayan yammaci, sai
ya ce babu komai.
Wannan hadisi yana nuna mana
cewa yin jifa da yamma ya halatta,
domin haka, mara lafiya, da duk
wani mai uzuri, za su iya jira har
sai da yamma ta yi, sannan, su je
su yi jifa.
Haka kuma, hadisi ya tabbata a
cikin Muwadda Malik daga Nafi’u
daga Babansa ya ce:
ﺃﻥ ﺍﺑﻨﺔ ﺃﺥ ﻟﺼﻔﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﺖ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻋﺒﻴﺪ ﻧﻔﺴﺖ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺰﺩﻟﻒﺓ
ﻓﺘﺨﻠﻔﺖ ﻫﻲ ﻭﺻﻔﻴﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺃﺗﺘﺎ ﻣﻨﻰ ﺑﻌﺪ ﺃﻥ ﻏﺮﺑﺖ
ﺍﻟﺸﻤﺲ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻮﻡ ﺍﻟﻨﺤﺮ ﻓﺄﻣﺮﻫﻤﺎ ﻋﺒﺪ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻦ ﻋﻤﺮ
ﺃﻥ ﺗﺮﻣﻴﺎ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺮﺓ ﺣﻴﻦ ﺃﺗﺘﺎ ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﺮ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﻤﺎ ﺷﻴﺌﺎ
Ma’ana:
Wata mace `yar dan’uwan Safiyya
Bint Abi Ubaid ta haihu a
Muzdalifa, ba ta samu isowa Mina
ba, sai bayan hudowar rana ita da
Safiyya. Sai Abdullahi Ibn Umar
radhiyallahu anhu ya umarce su da
su yi jifa bayan faduwar rana,
kuma bai ce su yi fidiya ba.
Haka kuma hadisi ya tabbata daga
Nafi’u daga Abdullahi Ibn Umar
radhiyallahu anhu yana cewa:
ﻟﺎ ﺗﺮﻣﻰ ﺍﻟﺠﻤﺎﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺄﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺜﻠﺎﺛﺔ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺰﻭﻝ
ﺍﻟﺸﻤﺲ
Ma’ana:
Ba a yin jifa a ranaku uku (na
Mina) sai bayan rana ta yi zawali.
Ibn Abdulbarri.
A cikin sharhin wannan hadisin ya
ce:
Wannan fatawa (ta Abdullahi Ibn
Umar radhiyallahu anhu) ita ce
sunnah a wurin dukanin malamai;
babu wani sabani a kanta.
Haka kuma malamai sun yi sabani
a kan wanda ya yi jifa kafin zawali
a wadannan ranaku, Ibn Abdulbarri
ya ce:
-Jamhurum malamai sun tafi a kan
cewa sai ya sake maimaita
wannan jifan bayan rana ta yi
zawali.
A cikinsu wadannan malamai
akwai Imām Mālik da Shāfi’ī, da
mabiyansu, da Imām al-Thaūrī, da
Imām Ahmad, da Ishaq.
-Abu Yusuf da Muhammad da
Imamus Shafi’i sun ce:
Babu laifi ga wanda ya jinkirta jifa
zuwa dare ko safiya. Hujjarsu ita
ce Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi
wa sallama ya yi rangwame ga
masu kiwon rakuma da kananan
dabbobi wadanda suke da uzuri,
da su yi jifa da daddare amma ba
su yi tun safe ba.
Yana da kyau mutane su sani
cewa Manzon Allah sallallahu
alaihi wa sallama bai yi jifa a
ranaku uku na Mina ba sai bayan
zawali, ga shi kuma hadisi ya
tabbata daga Jabir Ibn Abdullah
radhiyallahu anhu cewa Manzon
Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama
ya ce:
ﻟﺘﺄﺧﺬﻭﺍ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﻜﻜﻢ…
Ma’ana:
Ku riki ayyukan hajjinku daga gare
ni…
Kuma haka sahabbansa suka
aikata a bayansa, ba tare da an
samu wani sabani a kan haka ba.
Kuma sanannen abu ne cewa
Manzon Allah sallallahu alaihi wa
sallama ya ce:
ﻣﻦ ﻋﻤﻞ ﻋﻤﻠﺎ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﺃﻣﺮﻧﺎ ﻓﻬﻮ ﺭﺩ
Ma’ana:
Wanda duk ya aikata wani aiki da
ba shi cikin al’amarinmu (na addini
da muka karantar), to, za a mayar
masa (watau ba za a karba ba).
A wani hadisin kuma Manzon Allah
sallallahu alaihi wa sallama cewa
ya yi:
ﻣﻦ ﺃﺣﺪﺙ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻣﺮﻧﺎ ﻫﺬﺍ ﻣﺎ ﻟﻴﺲ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﺭﺩ
Ma’ana:
Wanda duk ya kaga wani abu a
cikin al’amarinmu (na addini) da
babu shi a ciki, za a mayar masa.
Don haka, lallai ne mahajjata su
nisanci yin jifa kafin zawali a cikin
wadannan ranaku. Yin jifa bayan
zawali shi ne abin da ya tabbata a
cikin Muwadda Malik, kamar yadda
ya gabata.
Amma abin mamaki shi ne,
wadansu dake da’awar su ne suka
fi kowa bin mazhabar Malikiyya
suna yin jifa da safe. Idan ka
tambaye su, sai su ce: wai
malamai sun bayar da fatawa da
halaccin yin haka, kuma suka ce
wannan ita ce fatawar Imām Abū
Hanīfah.
Hakika babu wata hujja mai karfi a
kan haka , kuma shi kansa Imam
Abū Hanīfah, manya-manyan
almajiransa guda biyu, watau Abū
Yusuf da Muhammad al-Shaībānī
sun saba masa.
Ya kamata duk masoyin Manzon
Allah sallallahu alaihi wa sallama
na hakika a gan shi yana aiki da
karantarwar shi sau da kafa,
gwargwadon iko.
Haka kuma, cikar bin mazhabin
Imām Malik shine a ga mutum
yana kokarin bin abin da ya yi
fatawa da shi matukar bai sabawa
Alkur’an da sunnar Manzon Allah
sallallahu alaihi wa sallama ba.
Saboda haka ina kira ga mahajjata
da su yi hattara da irin wadannan
fatawoyi. Idan kuwa suna da’awar
uzuri ne, to ya kyautu a fahimci irin
fatawar da magabata suka yi a kan
masu uzuri. Watau an halatta masu
yin jifa bayan faduwar rana ko
kuma da daddare amma ba da
safe ba, kamar yadda hujjoji suka
tabbata a can baya.
Idan aka zo wajen jifa a rana ta
biyu, da rana ta uku sai a fara da
Jamra ta farko, wacce take kusa da
Mina. Za a yi addu’a bayan an yi
jifan, sannan a karasa wurin wacce
ke binta, wato jamra ta tsakiya, sai
a yi irin yadda aka yi a ta farkon.
Daga nan, sai a karasa wajen
Jamra ta uku, wato babbar Jamra,
wacce ke kusa da Makka, a yi jifa.
Amma ba a tsayawa a wurin don
yin addu’a kamar yadda aka yi a ta
daya da ta biyu ba, bayan an yi
jifan. .
A kowace Jamra ana yin jifa da
tsakuwa guda bakwai ne. Idan aka
hada su za a samu tsakuwa ashirin
da daya (21) a kowace rana.
