Idan mutum ya ce ba zai iya aiki da tafarkin magabata ba sai ya yi tsani da fahimtar wani malaminsa ko shaihinsa, to a nan sai a tambayi dalilinsa. Har idan dalilinsa shi ne rashin samun wata hujja daga Nassi ko maganganun magabata, to sai a ce ya yi amfani da qiyasin malamai ke nan saboda rashin dalilin Sharia daga magabata. Idan kuma wadannan kafofi na asali su ne ba su gamsar da shi ba, to bai wadatu da maganganun manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ba ke nan. Hakan kuwa yana nufin raayinsa ya wuce gaban sunnah ta manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ke nan. Allah (S.W.T.) kuma Ya ambaci wadanda suka zani bin son rayukansu, ya ce: “To idan ba su karba daga gareka ba, to ka sani cewa suna bin soye-soyen zuciyarsu ne kawai, kuma wane ne ya fi bata da wanda ya bi son zuciyarsa ba tare da wata shiriya daga Allah ba. Lallai ne, Allah ba Ya shiryar da mutane azzalumai. (Qasas:50).

Irin wadannan ma su ganin ba za su iya gamsuwa da tafarkin magabata na qwarai ba sai sun jingina da wata fahimta ta mazhaba ko wani shaihin malami, ko wani imam na sufanci, ko masu aiki da hankalinsu wajen ba da fatawar addini, suna cikin hatsari babba, domin saba wa tafarkin sahabban manzon Allah (S.A.W.) da wadanda suka biyo bayansu da kyautatawa.

Wasu suna ganin cewa ba za a iya fahimtar addini kai tsaye ba har idan an ce za a tsaya a kan asali, dole sai an yi riqo da ra’ayoyin malaman da suka biyo baya. To babu laifi idan muka yi riqo da bayanan wadannan malaman matuqar bai yi karo da tafarkin magabata ba. Idan an samu karo da juna kuwa, to tafarkin da Annabi (S.A.W.) ya dora magabata a kai shi ne tafarki madaidaici, saba wa hakan kuwa halaka ce. Don Manzon Allah (S.A.W.) yana cewa a cikin Hadisi: “Na bar ku a kan wata turba tatacciya kuma fara fat, darenta kamar ranarta ya ke, babu mai kauce mata face halakakke.” (Hakim da Ibn Majah suka ruwaito wannan Hadisin).

Masu ganin cewa za su iya zayyana wani salon ibada wadda annabi (S.A.W.) bai bar magabata a kanta ba, don qarin lada, to ga wata fatawa ta Imam Malik dan Anas. Daga Zubairu dan Bakar cewa wani mutum ya zo ga Imam Malik ya ce masa, Ya kai dan bawan Allah, daga ina ka dauki haraminka? Sai Imam Malik ya ce, Daga Zul-Hulaifah daidai wurin da Manzon Allah ya yi haraminsa. Sai shi mutumin ya ce masa: “Ni kuwa ina son daukar haramina ne tun daga masallacin Annabi.” Imam Malik ya ce masa, Kada ka yi haka. Sai mutumin ya ce ma sa ina so in dau haramina a masallaci daidai kabarin Manzon Allah. Imam Malik ya sake ce masa, Kada ka yi hakan, domin ina tsorace maka wata fitina. Sai mutumin ya amsa da cewa, Yin hakan wace fitina zai jawo? Ai qarin bai fi na yan milamilai ba. Imam Malik ya ce masa, Wace fitina ce ta fi girma fiye da ganin da kake yi cewa za ka wuce wuri mai falala wanda Manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ya taqaita mu a kai? Ni na ji ayar Allah da ke cewa: “Wadanda suke saba wa umarnin (Manzon Allah) su ji tsoron kada wata fitina ta same su ko wata azaba mai radadi ta riske su.”
Imam Shadibi ne ya kawo wannan bayani a cikin littafinsa mai suna Aliitisam (juzui na farko shafi na 123). Malamin ya qara da cewa wannan fitina da Imam Malik ya ambata tana fassara ayar ce game da bidia da irin qa’i’doji ko dalilan da suke gina ayyukansu da suna yin qari ko ragi a addini ba tare da umarnin Annabi (S.A.W.) ba.

Wannan ya nuna cewa tafarkin magabata ba ya karbar wani abu da bai tabbata daga manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ba sai idan babu ingantacciyar magana a kan wannan masala. Muminan farko sahabban manzon Allah (S.A.W.), sun kasance suna barin ra’ayoyinsu da fahimtarsu wajen hukunci da zarar sun ci karo da maganar manzon Allah (S.A.W.). Wata rana Umar dan Khaddab ya yanke hukunci a kan diyyar yatsu na hannu, amma da hadisin manzon Allah (S.A.W.) ya riske sahabbai wanda ya saba da hukuncin da Umar ya gabatar, sai muminan farko suka ajiye maganar Umar don (su nuna dogaro da komawa ga) Hadisin Manzon Allah (S.A.W.) shi ne tabbatacce kuma addini.
