Wata qila zai dace a tabo qa’idojin
mazahabar Zahiriyyawa da
ginshiqanta a taiqaice. Wannan
kuwa saboda ita mazahabar tana
daga mazahabobin Musulunci
masu tasiri, wadda har yanzu tana
da mabiya daga Ahlus-Sunnah.
Babu shakka an sami nau’o’in
sabani mafi tsanani tsakanin
Zahiriyyawa da Hanafawa, sannan
tsakaninsu da Malikawa, sannan
da Hambalawa, sannan da
Shafi’awa, kuma Imamu Dauda ya
kasance yana ba da girma mai
yawa ga Imamu Shafi’iy. Mafi
bayyanar ginshiqan mazhabar
Zahiranci su ne: riqo da zahirin
ayoyin Alqur’ani mai girma, da
nassoshin Sunnah, da gabatar da
shi a kan la’akari da ma’anoni, da
hikimomi, da maslahohi wadanda
ake jin saboda su aka shar’anta
hukunce-hukuncen. Haka kuma ba
a aiki da qiyasi a wajen ma’abota
wannan mazhaba, matuqar babu
nassi a kan wannan illar da ta sa
aka ajiye hukunci a gurbi na farko,
(wato abin da za a yi qiyasin a
kansa) sannan kuma ya tabbata
cewa akwai wannan illa a gurbi na
biyu (wato abin da za a qiyasta) ta
yadda hukuncin zai sauka a
matsayin (tabbatar da dangantaka
tsakanin gurbin hukunci na farko
da gurbi na biyu) kamar yadda ake
haramta aiki da istihsani, kuma ake
kafa hujja da ijma’in da ya tabbata
a lokacin sahabbai kawai. Haka
kuma ba a yin aiki da Hadisi
(Mursali) da (Munqadi’i), wanda
wannan ya saba da mazahabar
Malikawa da ta Hanafawa da ta
Hambalawa. Hakan nan ba a aiki
da Shari’ar wadanda suka gabace
mu, kuma ba a halattawa ga kowa
aiki da ra’ayi, saboda fadar Allah
Ta’ala:
(( ﻣﺎ ﻓﺮﻃﻨﺎ ﻓﻰ ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺏ ﻣﻦ ﺷﻰﺀ‏) ‏) ﺳﻮﺭﺓ
ﺍﻷﻧﻌﺎﻡ 38: .
“Ba mu rage komai ba a cikin
littafin.”
(Suratul An’am: 38).
Domin kuwa tsallake hukunci da
aka yi nassi a kansa, zuwa
waninsa, qetare iyaka ne ga
dokokin Allah. Kuma bai halatta ga
wani mutum ya tsaya a kan
mafahumin da ya saba da zahirin
nassi ba.
Taqalidi (kwaikwayo) kuwa,
haramun ne ga amiy (gama garin
Musulmi) kamar yadda yake
haramun a malami, saboda haka
wajibi ne ga kowane mukallafi ya yi
bakin abin da zai iya yi na ijtihadi.
FADAKARWA
A gaskiya da yawa daga ginshiqan
mazhabobin da aka dangana ga
shugabannin Musulunci da ake bi,
ginshiqai ne da aka fitar da su
daga maganganunsu wadanda ba
za su inganta a ce an ruwaito su
ne daga gare su ba. Saboda haka
qanqame su da dagewa wajen kare
su, da kawo ra’ayoyi na jayayya, da
amsoshi na mayar da martani, ga
wanda ya saba da shi, da
shagaltuwa da dukkan wannan, ga
barin littafin Allah da sunnar
Manzon Allah (S.A.W.), gaba
dayan wannan yana daga mafi
bayyanar abubuwan da suke haifar
da mummunan sabani. Kuma ko
kusa su shugabannin da kansu
(RA) ba su nufi wannan ba, kuma
babu shakka irin wannan ta
nisanta Musulmin da suka zo daga
baya, daga manyan al’amura, ta sa
sun shagala da abubuwa marasa
muhimmanci, har ya zamana
al’umma ta afka cikin wani
zuzzurfan rami na ci baya wanda a
yau take birgima a cikinsa. Allahu
A’alam.
